The confidentiality of the business relationship and security of your intellectual property (IP) is of utmost concern to eWyzard Inc. We know you have spent many hours deriving your systems and indicator ideas. Thus, any materials you communicate to us - electronic documents, images, or other working documents necessary for us to implement your project or ideas - are maintained separately from this website and securely on our local servers.
Guarantee of Workmanship
Client satisfaction is our top priority. To that end eWyzard Inc.will guarantee workmanship against programming defects ("bugs") for any custom delivered code and other work product artifacts for a period of 30 days, subject to the project scope specification and terms of use stated below. eWyzard Inc. offers its services to people who may not have the skills, knowledge, or time to develop code themselves or if they do, prefer not to.
Despite our intent to deliver those services in a way that will produce code that performs without incident for the long run, the trader's context has many technologies contributing to the trading environment over which technologies we have no control. Therefore, this guarantee is limited to the delivered work product and is exclusive of:
- Subsequent upgrades made to the trading platform (for example, upgrade from NinjaTrader 6.5 to 7.0 or 7.0 to 8.0)
- Subsequent modifications or upgrades to indicators or strategies upon which the work product depends whether or not they are provided as part of the trading platform
- Upgrades, changes or bugs in the data feed or data feed delivering technology
- Upgrades, changes or bugs in the broker order handling interface.
- Modifications made after delivery, by you, the client, or others, to the delivered code.
- Application of the work product to markets or timeframes
not acknowledged in the original specification or
for which it was not otherwise designed.
- Usage of the work with bar types not acknowledged in the original specification or
for which it was not otherwise designed.
- Known NinjaTrader or NinjaScript platform "bugs" or other operating anomalies, including order management and execution, confirmed by NinjaTrader technical support or known bugs in any other trading platform, indicator or connected program involved in the requested work.
- Movement of the work product to a remote server during or after development
- For conversion efforts between different vendor platforms or versions of the same vendor platform, untranslatable minor and inconsequential operating differences between prior and target platforms.
- Subsequent changes, upgrades, patches (whether skipped or applied) to the underlying operating system of the trader's environment
eWyzard Inc. reserves the right to refuse products and services to anyone for any reason.
